Found this on The Brown Stuff .
Don’t normally read medical stuff as I beleive firmly that any time I go near a doctor’s surgery I will come away with more unpleasant things than had when I arrived.  I put on a face mask before clicking on any link to a medical blog. This is fun, though and good exercise, too.

1. While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor
and make clockwise circles.

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number “6” in the air with your right hand.

Your foot will change direction.
